This resulted in a stressful situation after a long 11-hour drive. However, the incredible view from the hotel made up for this mishap. I'll recommend this hotel.

we had a fabulous stay at Marriott with a stunning fallsview room and top-notch service. the assistant manager Anthony was amazing and very professional, promptly solving any issues. the staff, including Ruhit, Dave, Jeff, John. the beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the spa was an awesome place to relax. the location was great, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the falls.

The view from the 19th floor and Morton's restaurant were exceptional. There are great areas to relax and enjoy the falls.

the marriott was super clean and had a killer location. the view from our room was next level, and the staff were always helpful. plus, turtle jack's ribs across the road were a major win.
